Our Dipped Chocolate Chip Icecream Sandwich starts with our classic vanilla chocolate chip gelato sandwich — made with locally sourced vanilla bean gelato from Maleny, nestled between two soft, golden-baked cookies — then dipped by hand in rich 70% cocoa chocolate.
Once frozen, that chocolate sets with the perfect crack. The kind you hear before you taste it. Crunchy on the outside, creamy in the middle, soft cookies holding it all together.
Handmade in small batches, this one’s indulgent and just a little bit extra — in the best possible way.
