Where are you located?

We’re based in Wynnum, Brisbane.
All orders are made fresh in our licensed kitchen and picked up locally.

You’ll also find us popping up at local markets and events around Brisbane — follow us on Instagram to see where we’ll be next!

Do you deliver?

Not at this stage. We currently offer pick-up only.

How does pick-up work?

Choose your products online and select your pick-up date at checkout.

Pick-ups are from Wynnum, Brisbane during the times listed each week.
We’ll send you the exact address and instructions in your confirmation email. 

How fresh are your products?

Everything is handmade in small batches, just days (sometimes hours!) before pick-up.

We don’t mass produce or store stock for weeks — freshness and quality always come first.

How should I store my ice-cream?

Our treats are made for immediate enjoyment.

If needed, store them in the freezer in an airtight container.
They’ll generally keep frozen, but we can’t guarantee quality for extended storage. 

I need to change my order

No stress — we can usually help if you contact us early.

Please email info@happydayzicecream.com before Thursday 12pm for any order changes. After this time, production begins and we can’t make adjustments.

I can’t make my pick-up time

Let us know as soon as possible at info@happydayzicecream.com.

We may be able to accommodate a later time, but it’s not guaranteed as we work around tight freezer space and schedules.

Do you cater events or parties, can I please a custom order?

Yes — and we LOVE it 🎉

We can cater birthdays, markets, school events, corporate days and more.

Send us an email with your date, guest numbers and what you’re after, and we’ll put together a sweet plan for you.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

We have products made with gluten-free ingredients, however they’re prepared in a kitchen that also handles gluten.

Because of this, we can’t guarantee they’re suitable for coeliacs or those with severe allergies.

If you’re unsure, please reach out — we’re happy to chat ingredients.

Do you have dairy-free options?

Yes! Our sorbet push pops are dairy-free and super refreshing.
