Happy Dayz was founded in 2025 by a Matt and Marnie based in Brisbane, with a shared love of good food, sunny days and creating things we’re proud to eat and share.

We’re a small, local business focused on making handmade ice cream sandwiches and push pops using quality ingredients, made in small batches with care. What started as a fun idea quickly grew into a passion for creating treats people truly look forward to.

At the heart of Happy Dayz is connection. We believe the best food is shared - at picnics, markets, around kitchen benches and with those you love.

You’ll usually find us at local markets, chatting away, handing out smiles, and doing what we love most — bringing a little joy to your day.
