Refund policy

Because our products are frozen, perishable food items, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. That said, if something isn’t right with your order, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Returns (Perishable Goods)

Due to food safety requirements, we do not accept returns of any Happy Dayz Ice Cream products.

This includes:

  • ice cream sandwiches

  • sorbet push pops

  • any frozen or chilled items

  • items that have been collected and transported by the customer

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • missed pick-ups

  • incorrect storage or transport after pick-up (for example: melting)

  • preference reasons (e.g. “not my flavour”)

However, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • you received the wrong item

  • your order was missing an item

  • your product had a quality issue that would be considered a fault

Damages, Quality Issues & Incorrect Orders

Please check your order at pick-up. Once you have picked up the product, we are unable to make changes to the order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we make everything fresh to order, cancellations and changes may not be possible once production has begun.

If you need to make changes, please email info@happydayzicecream.com as early as possible. If we’re able to accommodate changes, we will.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
